 Main Applications
WANNATE® PM-200 is a polymeric diphenylmethane diisocyanate (Polymeric MDI) with a functionality of approximately 2.6–2.7. It is widely used in polyurethane production systems, especially those requiring excellent flowability. Main applications include:

Rigid polyurethane foam insulation materials
Polyisocyanurate (PIR) foams
Coatings and adhesives
Structural foams
Integral skin foams
Automotive bumpers and interior parts
High-resilience foams
Synthetic wood and similar products
Thanks to its unique composition, WANNATE® PM-200 offers superior flowability, making it especially suitable for processes with strict flow requirements.

 
Packaging and Storage
Packaging: 210L iron drum, 250kg per drum
Storage Conditions:

Store at 15–35℃, avoiding direct sunlight.
Containers must be kept dry and sealed under nitrogen to avoid reactions with moisture, which may generate insoluble ureas and CO₂, leading to pressure build-up and increased viscosity.
Storage below 5℃ may cause crystallization. If crystallized, drums should be rolled and heated in a hot air oven at 70–80℃ until fully melted, then thoroughly mixed before use.
Do not heat using a water bath.
Avoid long-term storage above 50℃ to prevent formation of insoluble solids and viscosity increase.
 
Shelf Life
Under recommended storage conditions, the shelf life of WANNATE® PM-200 is one year from the date of manufacture.
