Wanhua WANNATE® PM-200 is a polymeric MDI (methylene diphenyl diisocyanate) widely used in polyurethane applications. It is ideal for producing rigid foam, integral skin foam, and high-resilience flexible foam. Common applications include insulation materials for refrigerators and construction, automotive interiors, adhesives, coatings, and elastomers. PM-200 offers excellent reactivity, flowability, and mechanical strength, making it suitable for continuous and discontinuous panel production. Its stable performance under various processing conditions ensures consistent product quality. Wanhua WANNATE® PM-2010 is a polymeric MDI (methylene diphenyl diisocyanate) widely used in the production of rigid polyurethane foams. It is particularly suitable for applications requiring excellent insulation performance, such as in refrigerators, freezers, cold storage facilities, and construction insulation panels. Its high reactivity and compatibility with polyether and polyester polyols also make it ideal for spray foam systems and pipe insulation. PM-2010 enhances dimensional stability, compressive strength, and thermal insulation properties. Additionally, it can be used in pour-in-place applications and sandwich panel production, delivering consistent processing performance and superior end-use product durability.

Wanhua WANNATE® PM-2070 is a modified MDI (methylene diphenyl diisocyanate) designed for use in rigid polyurethane foam systems. It offers excellent flowability, enhanced processing properties, and superior dimensional stability. This product is widely used in insulation applications, such as refrigerators, cold storage facilities, and building panels. It also performs well in spray foam systems, pipe insulation, and block foam production. WANNATE® PM-2070 provides low viscosity and good compatibility with polyols, making it ideal for high-performance thermal insulation products where energy efficiency and long-term stability are critical.
