Wanhua WANNATE®6015G is a modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) prepolymer designed for use in high-performance polyurethane systems. It exhibits excellent reactivity, enhanced mechanical properties, and good processing stability. WANNATE®6015G is widely used in the production of integral skin foams, high-resilience cold-cure foams, and elastomers. Its superior flowability and adhesion properties make it ideal for applications such as automotive seating, vibration-damping components, and industrial insulation. The product is particularly suitable for mold-in-place systems requiring fine cell structure, dimensional stability, and durability. WANNATE®6015K, produced by Wanhua Chemical, is a modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) prepolymer designed for use in CASE (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants, and Elastomers) applications. It offers excellent processing performance, good fluidity, and long pot life, making it ideal for manufacturing high-performance polyurethane elastomers, sealants, and adhesives. This product provides superior mechanical strength, chemical resistance, and durability in end-use products. WANNATE®6015K is particularly suitable for casting elastomers, waterproofing membranes, and construction sealants where toughness and weather resistance are essential. Its balanced reactivity also supports diverse formulations and improved operational efficiency during processing.

Wanhua WANNATE®6016 is a polymeric MDI (methylene diphenyl diisocyanate) widely used in the production of rigid polyurethane foams. It offers excellent reactivity, dimensional stability, and thermal insulation properties, making it ideal for applications in refrigerators, freezers, and thermal insulation panels. WANNATE®6016 is also suitable for spraying and molding processes in construction and industrial insulation. Its high functionality and compatibility with polyols ensure strong adhesion and enhanced mechanical performance.
