Wanhua WANNATE® CW-20 is a solvent-free, aliphatic polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI). It is primarily used as a curing agent for high-performance polyurethane coatings. Applications include automotive refinish paints, industrial anti-corrosion coatings, and clearcoats requiring excellent weather resistance, chemical stability, and mechanical durability. CW-20 is ideal for two-component systems due to its low viscosity, fast drying, and outstanding gloss retention. It is especially suited for exterior applications in harsh environments, such as marine, infrastructure, and aerospace coatings, where long-term durability and UV resistance are critical. Wanhua WANNATE® PM-200 is a polymeric MDI (methylene diphenyl diisocyanate) widely used in polyurethane applications. It is ideal for producing rigid foam, integral skin foam, and high-resilience flexible foam. Common applications include insulation materials for refrigerators and construction, automotive interiors, adhesives, coatings, and elastomers. PM-200 offers excellent reactivity, flowability, and mechanical strength, making it suitable for continuous and discontinuous panel production. Its stable performance under various processing conditions ensures consistent product quality. Additionally, PM-200 is frequently used in composite wood products and molded foam parts, providing durability and thermal insulation across industrial and consumer product segments.

Wanhua WANNATE® PM-400 is a polymeric MDI (methylene diphenyl diisocyanate) widely used in the production of rigid polyurethane foams. It offers excellent reactivity, flowability, and dimensional stability, making it ideal for insulation panels, spray foam, and refrigerator foaming applications. Its strong adhesion properties and low thermal conductivity support energy-efficient construction and appliance manufacturing. PM-400 also finds use in binders for composite wood panels and specialty elastomers.
