Wanhua WANNATE® MDI-50 is a polymeric methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (PMDI) widely used in the production of rigid polyurethane foams. It offers excellent reactivity and flowability, making it ideal for applications such as insulation panels, refrigerators, construction boards, and pipe insulation. Its superior insulation properties help reduce energy consumption in buildings and appliances. MDI-50 is also used in spray foam for roofing and wall insulation, and as a binder in composite wood products like oriented strand boards (OSB). Wanhua WANNATE® 6150E is a modified MDI-based isocyanate designed for use in polyurethane elastomers and CASE (coatings, adhesives, sealants, and elastomers) applications. It provides excellent mechanical strength, hydrolysis resistance, and flexibility, making it ideal for casting elastomers, synthetic leather, and adhesives. Its low viscosity and extended pot life ensure easier processing and improved performance consistency. WANNATE® 6150E is especially suitable for use in industrial and construction materials where long-term durability and environmental resistance are critical. Its compatibility with a range of polyols makes it a versatile component in various high-performance PU systems.
