AQUOLIN®SF-601

Wanhua WANNATE®6015G is a modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) prepolymer designed for use in high-performance polyurethane systems. It exhibits excellent reactivity, enhanced mechanical properties, and good processing stability. WANNATE®6015G is widely used in the production of integral skin foams, high-resilience cold-cure foams, and elastomers. Its superior flowability and adhesion properties make it ideal for applications such as automotive seating, vibration-damping components, and industrial insulation. The product is particularly suitable for mold-in-place systems requiring fine cell structure, dimensional stability, and durability. It is compatible with a range of polyols and additives for customized formulation flexibility.
