Wanhua WANNATE®8029 is a modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) used in the production of rigid polyurethane foams. Wanhua WANNATE®8105 is a modified MDI used in the production of cold-curing and fast demolding polyurethane elastomers. Wanhua WANNATE® CDMDI-100H is a cycloaliphatic diisocyanate prepolymer designed for high-performance polyurethane systems. It is widely used in the production of coatings, adhesives, sealants, and elastomers (CASE), especially where light stability, weather resistance, and low yellowing are critical. Wanhua WANNATE® CW-20 is a solvent-free, aliphatic polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI). It is primarily used as a curing agent for high-performance polyurethane coatings. Applications include automotive refinish paints, industrial anti-corrosion coatings, and clearcoats requiring excellent weather resistance, chemical stability, and mechanical durability. CW-20 is ideal for two-component systems due to its low viscosity, fast drying, and outstanding gloss retention. It is especially suited for exterior applications in harsh environments, such as marine, infrastructure, and aerospace coatings, where long-term durability and UV resistance are critical. Its low VOC profile also supports compliance with environmental regulations.
